All our normal shipping is done via the Portuguese Post ( This has been proven very reliable and fast. We provide you with a tracking number for your order, and a link in English to follow your package on its way to you.

Seldom, when we have a shipment of a bigger panel we use a different transport company, usually DPD. In that case, we again provide you with a tracking number and website address in English to follow your package.

Damaged package or item

In case you received a damaged package or a damaged item, please let us know using our email, and please attach any data and images.

We will contact you back as soon as possible and will replace the damaged item.


We do not accept normally a request to return because we create each item per the order we get.
